Hey Anchor ("Hey Anchor", "we", "us", or "our") is an independently operated digital service. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hey Anchor app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Hey Anchor provides family calendar and schedule organization, to-do and household planning tools, activity management, meal planning, daily briefings, personalized reflections, wellness features, and context-aware scheduling suggestions designed to help users manage the mental load of family life. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian accept on your behalf). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it updated.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you add (events, activities, meals, tasks, notes, and household information). You grant Hey Anchor a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely so we can provide the Service to you and the people you share it with (e.g. household members).
Hey Anchor uses AI for personalized reflections, daily briefings, voice capture transcription, and schedule suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. Treat it as a helpful suggestion, not professional advice, and always use your own judgment.
Hey Anchor and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
Anchor+ subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by Hey Anchor. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled.
We work hard to keep Hey Anchor available and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay amounts owed, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You can stop using Hey Anchor at any time by deleting your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Hey Anchor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, by notifying you in the app.
